Not a restaurant or a hotel so traditional expectations of these types of venues need to be forgotten.  David Adlard uses his skills and ‘know how’ to provide food from the classic cuisine era. After experience in French kitchens and some years at the Connaught Hotel, Mayfair, under Head Chef, Michel Bourdin, David ran his restaurant in Norwich for almost 25 years.  His cooking continues in the same classical style and so you can look forward to enjoying dishes with a depth of flavours that enables the essential qualities of the ingredients to shine through.
